It’s almost adorable.

Most fast-food chains now have mobile ordering systems in place that allow you to place an order to be picked up once you arrive at the store.

While this is an innovation that most of us can appreciate, there’s one group of people who just haven’t quite got the hang of it yet: the elderly.

As getting your parents to figure out how to print out a document is hard enough, you can imagine how difficult it is for them to work out how to download a new app, let alone place an order for pickup using it.

Given this, it’s no surprise that many mess up the process. But exactly *how* they mess it up is pretty hilarious.
